The Dignified Transitional Housing Program

In this new project, we have established a strategic partnership with the Municipal Government of La Paz to support the shelter located in Alto Obrajes. This joint effort aims to improve the living conditions of homeless individuals residing in the shelter, many of whom have faced substance abuse or alcohol-related problems.

Our mission is to reorganize the shelter’s operations, carry out necessary improvements, and build dignified environments for its residents. In addition to offering a safe space, we are committed to providing tools for their reintegration into society.

To achieve this, a series of practical workshops will be implemented, including sewing, gastronomy, finance, and health, among others. Each workshop will offer official certification, thanks to strategic partnerships, facilitating the participants’ entry into the labor market and their future social reintegration. With this project, we aim not only to improve the physical facilities but also to provide a path to self-sufficiency and stability for those who need it most.
